All accepted papers will be published and permanently referenced in the IEEE Transactions on Power Systems, Power Delivery, Energy Conversion, Smart Grid, Sustainable Energy, or Energy Markets, Policy and Regulation with available discussions and closure also printed in an issue of the Transactions.
