Overview This document provides instructions for wiring and post-installation verification of a StorEdge system with the following components:

Switch on the inverter AC. Activate the inverter using the SE card. Perform pairing when the modules are exposed to sunlight. Switch the inverter ON/OFF switch to OFF. If not already OFF, switch OFF the StorEdge Connection Unit switch (for StorEdge inverter). Switch the inverter ON/OFF switch to OFF.
The inverter may be connected to the m onitoring platform via LAN or by using a Z igBee Gateway system or a C ellular Plug-in. Alternatively, you can use RS485 chain (bus) connection to connect m ultiple SolarEdge devices to one inverter that is already connected to the server, in a master/slave configuration.
For inverters with a StorEdge Connection Unit, connect the grounding wire to the grounding bus-bar in the StorEdge Connection Unit. 1. Designate a single inverter as the connection point between the RS485 bus and the monitoring platform. This inverter will serve as the leader inverter. 2.
