This contract is for a power plant located in the Ras Abu Fontas area, about 18 kilometers southeast of Doha, the capital of Qatar, led by Doosan Enerbility (55%) in a consortium with the Chinese state-owned company Shandong Electric Power Construction No. 3 Engineering Company (SEPCO-3, 45%).
